退款及退換政策 Refund & Return Policy

除商品有損壞、瑕疵問題或是寄送錯誤外，其餘退換貨要求恕不接受，感謝你的體諒。
如有退換貨要求，請在發貨日後的7天內與我們聯繫提出退換貨申請，並提供以下資訊：

1）詳細說明問題
2）損壞部件的清晰照片
3）損壞部件和運輸標籤的清晰照片
4）保留商品包裝，以防需要換貨

All sales are final. Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of the ship out date with photographic evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
